1. Understanding your card, account and app

There are three different things to understand:

  • Physical card: The plastic card you scan when shopping.

  • Membership or account: Where your points, personal details and shopping activity are recorded.

  • App: A way to access your membership, see your points, activate offers and use a digital card on your phone.

2. Already have a physical card? Start there.

If you've been scanning a Flybuys or Everyday Rewards card when shopping, you may already have an existing membership.

Before creating a new account, check what you already have.

Step 1 – Find your card number

Look for the membership number printed on your physical card.

Step 2 – Download the official app

Download Flybuys or Everyday Rewards from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Step 3 – Try signing in

Choose Sign in or Log in, rather than joining as a new member.

  • Everyday Rewards: Try your 13-digit card number or registered email address.

  • Flybuys: Try your existing login details or the account recovery options.

Step 4 – Forgotten your password?

Look for Forgot password or another account recovery option.

You may receive a verification code or password-reset message by email or text message.

Check your Junk or Spam folder if nothing arrives.

Step 5 – Check your account details

Once signed in, check:

  • Your membership or card number

  • Your points balance

  • Your email address and mobile number

  • Your recent points or shopping activity

Compare the membership details with your physical card.

3. What if you can't access your account?

Sometimes an account was set up years ago using an email address or mobile number you no longer use.

Before creating another account, consider:

  • Could you have used a different email address?

  • Have you changed your mobile number?

  • Is your password saved on your phone?

  • Are you using the correct card number?

If you still can't access your account, contact Flybuys or Everyday Rewards for assistance.

4. What if you have an old card and a new card?

You might have picked up a new card at the supermarket, received a replacement card or accidentally created another membership.

First, establish which account contains your existing points.

Flybuys

If you already have a Flybuys membership and have picked up a new temporary Flybuys card, contact Flybuys for help connecting or merging it with your existing account.

Have both card numbers available if possible.

Everyday Rewards

If you already have an Everyday Rewards account and need another physical card, try ordering a replacement through your existing account.

If you've accidentally created a second membership, contact Everyday Rewards before making further changes.

The aim is to keep your existing membership and points wherever possible, rather than starting again.

5. Getting comfortable with the app

Once your account is sorted, take a few minutes to explore the app.

Find your digital card: Look for the barcode you can scan at the supermarket checkout. You can still use your physical card if you prefer.

Check your points: Find your current points balance and recent activity. Remember, some bonus points may take time to appear.

Explore your offers: Look for offers such as:

  • Spend a certain amount to receive bonus points.

  • Buy selected products to collect extra points.

  • Shop during particular dates to qualify for an offer.

Some offers require you to Activate or Boost before shopping. Others, such as certain member prices, may only require you to scan your card.

Always check the conditions before shopping.
