In each project we adopt a ‘slow down to speed up’ approach. Invest time up front to apply our deep knowledge and experience to your context. This ensures the program design is tailored to that context and will achieve the outcomes and success you’ve defined. By spending this time upfront we have seen again and again the value it creates for the participants and for you, as the sponsor, in terms of impact.

This is a signature feature of how we work and what we do at the beginning of every project - experience tells us 'one size does not fit all'.

We'll 'make' the solution together - we call that co-design. It's a win/win because the result is a program that is set up for success - and will feel personalised for your clients and workforce. We focus on the details to make it a great experience for everyone.

Be prepared for lots of questions in this early stage - these help us learn more about the unmet need our services will address, the challenges we might face and where it fits with other priorities you have on your plate.

Questions can be anything from your past experiences with learning programs or device deployment, why is now the right time, what will success look like through to any plans you have to develop new apps or processes that require digital confidence.

The end result will be a program design that includes the content for training, delivery approach (virtual / in-person), training collateral, feedback and measurement as well as a marketing approach if that is required that you will have helped us develop.
