Digital divide: seniors locked out of digital services

In our latest research, Despite good intentions, seniors are left behind with digital progress we uncovered that the majority of seniors we interviewed felt locked out of digital services as the world we live in continues to move rapidly online.

The seniors we interviewed told us that the top three services they felt excluded from were Government services (78%), Financial and banking services (73%) and essential public safety alerts eg COVID-19 contact tracing apps and Fires Near Me (66%).
