As the world becomes more digital, the importance of skills and support needed has become even more essential. However, for seniors from CALD backgrounds, navigating the digital landscape can be even more challenging. We’re thrilled to be working with SydWest Aged Care Services, a leading organisation in Western Sydney that supports the Culturally And Linguistically Diverse (CALD) community.

Find out more about the impact of the Community Options Australia Wellbeing in Aged Care - Digital Skills program. The Wellbeing in Aged Care program provides person-centred mental health support to eligible residents in Western Sydney. YourLink is the digital inclusion partner for the program.

YourLink is excited to see projects with Australian Red Cross and Catholic Healthcare recognised across three categories as finalists at the innovAGEING National Awards 2022.

YourLink has been working with Common Equity NSW to deliver a digital literacy program for seniors across Co-operative housing in Western Sydney. The project is funded through a grant from Multicultural NSW and supported by Auburn Small Community Organisation Network (ASCON).

Catholic Healthcare has partnered with YourLink to co-design and deliver the Smart Technology Program for clients and care workers across NSW. Catholic Healthcare recognises the important role in supporting its clients with the essential digital skills and confidence to participate.

YourLink is pleased to announce we’ll be working with Australian Red Cross to design and deliver a digital inclusion and social support program for seniors across NSW.

The Tech Smart Seniors program will bring digital access and confidence for their staff, volunteers and clients.

Digital inclusion program will assist aged care residents with skills to eliminate social isolation and provide empowerment.

SCC partnered with YourLink, to launch their Digital Inclusion Project which will assist clients with access to Apple iPads, internet connection and support from Care Workers upskilled to help clients to use these devices in their daily lives.

YourLink are thrilled to be partnering with Carers NSW for the Connecting Carers Online project. Connecting Carers Online is a digital education project to help carers learn the online skills to connect with friends and family, access information and support services online and discover new ways of self-care.

The YourLink team is proud to have won all 3 prizes at the Macquarie University Incubator Pitch Final on October 31st, 2019. The team were thrilled to win the judge’s prizes for Best Pitch and Most Appealing Investment as well as the Audience Choice Award!
